Classic Journeys is an award-winning luxury travel company that offers great cultural excursions, walking tours, and family vacation packages in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. They partnered with AUDIENCEX to create an awareness campaign geared toward all types of travel enthusiasts.
The goal for this campaign was to drive leads to Classic Journeys’ site and increase conversions in the form of tours booked.
AUDIENCEX developed an omni-channel digital strategy for Classic Journeys, centered around data-driven advertising across display, paid search and social to identify new in-market travelers. We used third-party data to identify high income adults in specific DMAs, and used dynamic creative optimization (DCO) to show different audience groups messages that was most likely to resonate with each consumer group.
The campaign drove a 25% increase in site visitors, and a 19% increase in CTR. Overall, CPA decreased by 34% over the course of the campaign, leading to a significant uptick in new tours booked.
