Sit & Sleep, one of the largest regional mattress retailers in the United States, partnered with AUDIENCEX to create a full funnel campaign to increase both awareness and brand loyalty.


Goal

Sit & Sleep is one of the largest regional mattress retailers in the United States. Our goal was to drive VIP club sign-ups through cross-channel promotions to existing and prospective customers to increase brand loyalty.


Strategy

The campaign started with a seasonal video initiative promoting the VIP club sign-ups. Once a user interacted with the video, they were retargeted with banner ads that included discounts and promotional messaging that varied based on their audience profile and behavioral patterns on the Sit & Sleep website.


Results

By segmenting this entire website audience into groups and adjusting the messaging to match each group, we increased engagement and conversions overall. The video creative achieved a 76% view through rate with in-market consumers, and increased the prospective customer pool significantly. Overall, the campaign achieved a 41% increase in CTR, a 28% decrease in CPA, and a 21% increase in signups.
